After the product and process validation has been approved by you, CL Plastics moves to full-scale production to meet your required timelines. During production, the machines are continuously monitored to ensure quality molding outcomes.

This includes ultrasonic welding, hot foil stamping, robotic solvent or adhesive bonding, ultrasonic or hot inserting, printing, assembly, packaging, and shrink-wrapping. Depending on your requirements, these services are available either in our clean room or in the manufacturing facility.
