Production Trials and Testing

During the product and equipment engineering phases of the development process, CL Plastics creates and then tests the necessary moulds and tools as required. Once these phases are completed, CL Plastics then embarks on production-worthy trials.

During the production trial and testing phase, CL Plastics implements a planned production scale trial of your product and evaluates the findings to produce a meaningful production plan. We apply the relevant technical production process knowledge from previous phases to support the trial and utilise good manufacturing practice guidelines.

After reviewing the trial findings, CL Plastics identifies any material, tool, or equipment modifications needed to ensure a high quality mould. Once all changes have been completed, we conduct final testing and acceptance trials to confirm the consistency and integrity of the final product. Our goal during the production trials and testing phase of the manufacturing process is to ensure that we can consistently perform to meet or exceed the product, quality, and performance requirements.
