Quality assurance is critical in today’s competitive environment. Once CL Plastics has completed the production trials and testing of the product, we then proceed with product validation, customer approval, and documentation. We validate the process, receive final part approval from you, and document the entire process from initial requirements to completion

For the automotive industry, CL Plastics uses the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure that we understand your requirements, the product meets the requirements, and the production process is capable of consistently producing conforming product, ultimately minimizing the risk of failure.

During the validation, approval and documentation phase, our goal is to provide you with the product samples and documentation required to approve the process and product for full-scale production knowing that CL Plastics will exceed your expectation.
