CL Plastics is equipped with the equipment and tools necessary for high quality injection molding projects. After CL Plastics understands the requirements for the final product, we then identify which machine(s) are most appropriate based on the mechanical, chemical, thermal, and environmental requirements.

With our experienced in-house staff, we design the manufacturing process to provide the best quality processes and tools required for your project. CL Plastics will have quality moulds and tools designed and built based on the machines and materials selected to meet the demands of the specification. Because we manage the tool making process, it enables us to provide faster turnaround on new development of tools or changes to existing ones, ultimately saving our customers time and money. We can also manage the ongoing maintenance and repair that is critical for quality production.

Our goal in the equipment engineering phase of product development is to ensure our tools and equipment will create the final product to meet and exceed customer expectations. We also strive to provide a repeatable process, zero defects, and the highest levels of design and operational integrity during the machinery and tool trials.
