Understanding and solving problems is a critical component in the development of products. With nearly 20 years of design and development background, CL Plastics can assist customers from the first idea for a new product to enhancing an existing product. We will work with your company to define the product concept or alternative ideas, investigate the manufacturing feasibility, and propose the best combination of raw materials to meet your requirements, whether for mass production or batch manufacturing.

CL Plastics will document and formalize the product concept including specifications, develop product concepts, and create conceptual drawings and industrial designs, mostly using SolidWorks, to ensure we get it right the first time. Our goal in the concept development phase is to ensure the product concept can be designed, manufactured, and delivered based on your technical and commercial requirements and specifications. Additionally, we’ll discuss potential ways of reducing the product cost and time-to-market while meeting or exceeding quality requirements.
